What kind of music would local bands be playing right now - as opposed to 2006?

It was just a suggestion guys its not like I was trying 2 out scremo!!! I'm just saying every once and a while bring in something thats different.

Hey... i'm not saying that screamo is the best music out there but i think that this is worth a try because many kids at my school love screamo! i mean i am not a screamo kind of girl but when i get out there ohhhh yea! It will be amazing once we get this back on!

Two years ago when we did this ... you've got to know that EVERY band in the area was into screamo. Every single band - from every church, every school... It was screamo or nothing...
So, it was screamo!

Hey guys no offence but i really don't like scremo music. Is there any way we could have a variety of music if we start this up?? I'm not saying we shouldn't do scremo just not ALL scremo.
