Random things off the top of my domeeee :)

well, since i am quite bored, i am going to bring up a really strong subject. Like, i know how we are all "christianly" or however you put it at church, but i mean, what happens to us when we leave? I mean, arg, it makes me angry, Im not going to go off and name names and what-not, but i know, i mean, i have witnessed at least 3 people from our church smoking! i mean, smoking!!! like, the Cancer-on-a-Stick kind. I know that like, everyone tries it sometimes, i mean, im not going to lie, i have tried a cigg. But i mean, Drugs?!?! ARE YOU INSANE!??!? and you know what is really funny(not in a "ahahhaha" kind of way) is that i have actually confronted one person, and i probably shouldn't have done it then, it wasn't the place or time, but the point is, i got the insane response "Well, God put it here!!" and i was like "pshhh *smack*"
i wish i would have smacked him! i mean, ohmystars, its not needed people!! not needed! It is NOT attractive, it will NOT make you cool, what makes you cool is standing up for what you belive, but i think if i continue i will explode, sooooo im kinda switching subjects. haha, i was supposed to talk about how you act and i got on a drug thing, ohwell. So, i am bringing up Labels yes, the subject NO ONE wants to talk about , so i will. Ok ok, i know how we have the "preps, and jocks" but im going to bring up the latest label "Scene kids and Emo Kids" sooooo, i hate to break it too you, But if you do your "google research" Scene Kids, are alllll about the hair and make-up, and music, yup yup, go look it up. Emo kids Cut themselves, just because you listen to screamo does not under any circumstances mean you are emo, i mean HELLO! i listen to screamo!! and you dont see me rolling around with razors in my pocket, please learn the difference before you use it, im just saying this because someone called me Emo last week, and i about peed from laughing. So, now im getting on another subject. MUSIC! whoot! i love it, its my lifeee<3 and, you know, you can find good music, instead of trash ^^. i am so sick of all these songs that cuss!!! i mean, ohmystars, please, they are trying to kill the youth with these words, i am babbling, ahah i hope people actually read this, but anyway,i mean, i like good stuff, like, i dont know, just stuff with a good beat, so im on youtube, dancin around in my room with my friends Joe<3, and Kalen, haha, and well, i have it on like random or something, and im like "yeah, this is cool" so were actin silly, and its all loud, and in the middle of this song, it goes "F THIS!" and im like literally, i mean, i instanly shut my whole computer down! it just completly shocked me on how insane music can get! whoo, im still babbling but hey, someone has to post something! AND BACK TO MY FIRST TOPIC, i took my bible to school, and i am currently trying to save this girl, please pray for her, she has has a really rough life. so, just pray. But i am getting pretty lazy, and tierd. So i do believe im going to stop writing, i hope yall read this peaceeee!

how about cliques? do we have em in our youth group. Dont name names but so you think we have any lil groups like that?

Yeah, i do, i really do. But its not like anyone gets left out, its just about the people we are more comfortable with. I dont really think they are as bad as some places, we just have our close friends. But yeah, we have them.

I have to disagree with you Summer. I feel people are left out, because of cliques. When someone new comes in we are all to stuck in our littlw cliques to welcome the newcomer. As you can see I am not excluding myself. I am as bad as anyone. But the thing is I try to go outside my comfort zone. I'm not always successful, but I give it a shot. One of the big points of being a DREAMER (2% [milk]) is to step out of your comfort zone, and do as God leads you to do. Because God never said it would be easy, just worth it.

And I'd like to point out the ovious. The first post you did. Sounding like you were venting a little. You did really well. And by it no ones feelings could really be hurt. But always remember when you vent, be careful.

I am sooooo proud that you took your Bible to school!!!! WHOA WHO!!! GO SUMMER!!!! And I love that you are wittnessing to a girl in your school. I know you know this, but I am going to say it anyway. You can't save her. Only God can. If by your wittnessing she does not get saved. That is ok. You would have done your part. You are doing an amazing job. And your attitude for life is invigorating. But be careful not to go overboad. People (teens) hedge when you confort them with the fact that they are sinners. It's hard to wittness. But the reward is going to be amazing.

A tip before a go.....Actions speak londer then words. Whoever said that knew what they were talking about.

Summa Summa!! Girl you're on top of it!! I agree with everything you're saying and Samantha too!! It's so hard to stand by and watch people ruin their lives, especially when you know the right way, and you've told them so they know the right way and they still reject it!! All you can do is BE CONSISTANT. Keep loving them, showing them there is a better way to live, and living what you say. It may take years, but eventually you and your life may be the reason they come to Christ and stop running away from Him. I have to remind myself of this kinda stuff a lot, but a verse that has helped me lately is 1 Cor. 16:13, "Watch, stand fast in the Faith, be brave, be strong." I LOVE LOVE LOVE verses like that, ones that charge you and make you remember we are in a daily fight against a real enemy!! Anyway, it sounds like you're doing what God has called us to do. I'll keep praying for you and your friend! Keep fighting and keep standing up for what you believe!!!

I can't begin to tell you how proud I am of you!! I know you've been through a LOT in your lifetime and I can see that God is already using it for His honor and glory! Keep it up! You can be an example to others, like Samantha said. Sad to say, most of the adults in our church would not confront sin in someone else's life. They feel that it's not their business, which isn't true, especially if they are your brother or sister in Christ. Just remember to speak the truth in love...and, as Catherine would say, "Testify!"

By the way, since we've affirmed that we have cliques within our youth group, what are we going to do to change this...CAN we change this?

Well i have been thinking a lot about what summer was saying and what everyone has said that have replied. Summer I commend(yea big word! ) you on showing your faith with others, i know i have problems with that, and i know how hard it can be. You know our generation has so many obstacles against them and i think that even people in our youth group have problems with these temptations. I want to slap people because of what they do... but the girls have been talking and you know actions speak louder than words! Just saying things like man that is nasty, bla bla bla(you fill in the blank) but you know if you speak from the heart they might change. Like you know saying something might not mean anything(i am typing after a hard day of practice...help me) but you know we could say something along the lines of "you know i know what you are going through with this addiction, or try to understand, and the reason i am telling you this is because i love you and i dont want you going through pain. I am speaking from experience with family members smoking and they have had a shorter life because of smoking, but the main reason to tell someone this is not only to try to help them overcome it but also let them know you care.
NEW PARAGRAPH!!!! Well you know Daniel asked the question do you think that we have cliques in our youth group and i think that it is most definitely. I mean i am not naming anyone because i think that all of us are involved with one clique but it has come to my attention that we really hurt people because of our cliques. I mean we are so self consumed with our cliques that we don't even know that new people come into our presence. I think that it might be that we are scared to put ourselves out there but we need to. Our cliques are hurting people, not naming any names but we have our own grade levels but even in those people are secluded. I do not think that we are meaning to do this but i think that we do not want to stop it. Lets make a new start with people and get out of our shell because nothing is going to change if we do nothing.
AHHHHHHHH PARAGRAPHS ARE LOVE! We really need to start caring about our youth group and not caring about what people think about us. I mean there are so many people in our youth group that are sweet human beings and our brothers and sisters in Christ. I mean i have grown with Summer in the last weekend and she is so sweet and i love her! (SUMMER WITH MY HAND COVERING MY MOUTH!!!! INSIDE JOKE) You know i mean i think we are all weird or strange in one way or another and i think that we should not care what people are into we can always meet new friends. Alan at I-hop is my new friend!!!!! Can i get a witness!
You know i know i do not always do the Christian-thing to do but lets start a new leaf with everyone and make new friends!
